We support foreign entrepreneurs in the process of establishing and conducting their business activities in Poland. We help them to adjust to often very peculiar and complex Polish law regulations. Basing on years of experience we warn them about potential threats, we indicate them obligations as well as we give them practical legal clues about the method of conducting their business activities. The service is provided in English.
We provide services to both public and private healthcare centres. We advise them as regards standard legal matters, typical for this kind of entrepreneurs (agreements, labour law, corporate matters) as well as specific problems of such entrepreneurs, that is:
We advise both the housing associations as well as tenants as regards their rights and obligations stemming from the provisions of law. To the housing associations we offer complex legal assistance, in particular concerning:
As regard the tenants, we represent them in case of disputes with their housing association, both on the pre-litigation as well as litigation stage. We possess procedural experience as regards challenging resolutions of the housing associations.
The law firm conducts court cases against banks concerning loan agreements related to the CHF currency (denominated, indexed loans). These matters have been at the centre of our interests for many years due to the fact that our partner attorney at law Anna Radkowiak-Macuda is also the holder of such a loan and pursues her claims in court. We have knowledge, experience and we monitor the jurisprudence of national courts and the CJEU on an ongoing basis, which is important for these cases.
We offer comprehensive support for conducting a case at the pre-trial and judicial stage. We work with experts in the field of finance who prepare calculations for the purposes of the complaint and lawsuit. In the course of the proceedings, clients are kept informed about each activity, incoming and outgoing letters, and have the opportunity to present their comments and doubts. Clients receive appropriate explanations from us, know the risks, and are prepared for each stage of the procedure.
Most of our cases are heard by the courts of Krakow. Due to the actual blockage in the Warsaw courts with Swiss franc lawsuits, pursuing claims in other courts is currently highly advisable and rational. We have cases in which it was possible to obtain a judgment in the first instance within 3 months of the filing of the lawsuit.
The Law Firm’s remuneration for conducting a case is based on clear rules, which allows to predict the costs of legal services and to estimate the financial risk of conducting a case. It consists of two elements: the basic fee at the level of the minimum remuneration awarded by courts for given cases and the success fee payable only if the case is won. The remuneration is payable in instalments along with the progress of actions taken in the case.
We carry out a free analysis of Swiss franc loan agreements. For this purpose, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: kancelaria@kancelariarmr.pl. As part of the analysis, we present our assessment of the contract, procedural options, occurring risks, we present the costs of the proceedings.
Knowledge about the regulations concerning protection of personal data is still uncommon, whereas sanctions for their breach are quite rigorous. We help our clients to adjust different aspects of their business activities to the requirements set by the legal regulations concerning protection of personal data. We signalize the need to introduce provisions or changes which correspond with those regulations.

Most of our clients are entrepreneurs, hence competition law issues are very often analyzed by us. In this regard:
We have a particularly rich experience in the field of antitrust law. We conduct cases before Polish courts and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. For many years, we have also represented clients in the wider European forum before the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union and other EU bodies and institutions. We conducted one of the first Polish cases of abuse of a dominant position before the European Commission and the Court of Justice. We have practical knowledge and skills necessary to effectively conduct matters on the forum of the European Union.
On intellectual property:
Concluding and performing contracts under the public procurement system is governed by specific, restrictive rules, which are set out in the Public Procurement Law Act of September 11, 2019. The provisions of the said Act are often vague and complicated, and failure to comply with the formal requirements provided for in it has far-reaching consequences, including the cancellation of the public procurement procedure and the rejection of the contractor’s offer.
As part of the services we provide, we advise our clients both on the part of ordering parties and contractors. In case of the ordering party:
In case of the contractors:
We conduct compensation cases including personal and property damage. We possess years of litigation experience that stem from bringing to an end several hundred of legal proceedings in that respect. We have practical knowledge about the mechanisms that rule the insurance sector as well as about the position of the courts, which results in a high percentage of the won cases (nearly 90%).
We are a group of young lawyers, for whom clients’ trust and satisfaction constitute basic values. We pay much attention to the high standard and timeliness of the services we provide. We believe we should always be there for the clients, thus we keep them up to date with the legal actions we take on their behalf, we provide them with drafts of documents for acceptance, we explain to them complex legal constructs as well as we help them take fundamental decisions.
